We are a 10 years business aiming to provide "hands on" consultancy services for middle size companies. After the Operational Excellence boom in the industry, it soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the jergon and the never ending improvement processes, and build the critical core of the Lean system. Currently, we offer manufacturing lines and layouts design for Flow Production.
